Extruder Unit - A1 Series

Overview

The Extruder Unit features dual hardened steel gears to feed the filament into the hotend. These gears provide greater extrusion force, prevent slippage, and improve wear resistance. This allows the unit to handle demanding engineering filaments such as carbon-fiber nylon and glass-fiber nylon .

The unit also incorporates a filament cutter for easy material unloading or changing, as well as an extruder motor that provides the power needed for the extrusion process.
